FULL S.T.E.A.M. AHEAD

MEMORANDUM TO: OVER ALL TRAINING APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM SPONSORS

Of State Registered Programs and Those In Development

FROM:Monique Dudley, President/Executive Director

Over All Training, Inc.

DATE:12 November 2021

SUBJECT:Over All Training’s 2021 Apprenticeship Week Celebration and Participation Requirements and Confirmation Form

Over All Training’s NAW Celebration will be Wednesday, November 17, 2021 through Friday, November 19, 2021. The purpose is to showcase OAT’s standards and diverse training. As OAT is an innovative company that believes we need to empower our community with the framework that allows for innovative, creative, solution thinking, our NAW celebration theme is FULL S.T.E.A.M. AHEAD.

This means that in your presentation you need to share the Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math of what you do. It does not need to exceed a statement or two. OAT is presenting a series of trainings in the format of what we call SPEED TRAINING. All events will be a hybrid format, meaning both in person and online.

You will need to:

  • represent one facet of your training program within 15 minutes.

  • Make sure what you present and the way you present is something that participants may easily implement. Think TRANSFORMATION.

  • You may add presenters via Zoom if you need to

  • Provide a slides presentation of your training, so we may also upload via Zoom to ensure online participants may clearly experience the presentation

  • I will not be able to design or create your training or presentation. I have to bring the entire celebration event together.
